A gentle reminder...we are still in winter ❄ ✨

Hi beautiful beings.

With a world that may feel to have completely imploded, and the start of a new year, it is only natural to feel that it is go time. The time is now! We must fix. Rebuild. Execute on all of our dreams...

Yet winter holds the depth and wisdom of the pause.
And the pause holds the stillness for reflection and a reset.
And the reset is what allows for things to be different.

You all know the quote 'the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.'

The interesting thing about this past year is that while in so many ways we were in unchartered territory, many of the issues that were hot topics (the way we treat our planet, the way we treat each other, the way we treat our bodies, human trafficking, corruption) These are not new issues...

And it causes me to wonder if part of what caused 2020 to be so massively intense was the hard reality that how we have been addressing these issues isn't working.

I don't say this to be discouraging. Because I also wonder if part of that challenge is the lack of acknowledgement in how far we've come, how far humanity has come. How much has been exposed and is no longer being ignored.

The pause gives space for this acknowledgment.
The acknowledgement feeds inspiration and activates you towards action.

My feel is that...
Motivating through fear is out. Activating through inspiration is in.

I feel this is one of the biggest changes coming our way on the 'how' we address all that needs addressing. Inspiration.

Inspiring through our own connection to the Earth, our body, other people. Inspiring through how we share and express ourselves, how we contribute, essentially, inspiring through who we are day in and day out...

With the light still low and the temperatures cold, warm yourself by a fire or a space heater and pause. Reset. Regroup.

Acknowledge how far you have come, and let that fuel your vision of where you desire to go and who you desire to be.

Who you are (your character) will always be the most valuable thing you can offer this world.

Are we all about to get real sparkly?!

We are in an eclipse portal preparing for a Grand Conjunction on the Solstice as we close out one of the wildest years in existence.

Phew! I’m overwhelmed writing that sentence.

And I’m exhausted at the thought of managing all that cosmic energy in conjunction with all the crazy shit happening on the physical plane in our country and all across the world.

I was alternating between riding a high and feeling unstoppable with feeling unbearably uncomfortable and frustrated at my current situation.

There is a lot I love about my life and there is a lot I would still like to change.

For whatever reason, when big cosmic shifts come along, I put an inordinate amount of pressure on myself to ‘harness the energy’ and make ALL the changes I want to make. Right now!

Notice how I said all. No wonder I feel so much pressure!!

Well yesterday I almost popped from this pressure, so finally I paused and you guessed it, took some deep breaths. Man, breathing never gets old.

Of course the breath relaxed my nervous system and my mind then stopped spinning. And I could see clearly where all the pressure was coming from...the thoughts I had been spinning...

I'm going to miss the boat, or miss catching the wave if I don't move more quickly. I've been trying for so long yet I'm still not where I want to be. Something must be fundamentally wrong with me and I simply don't get it. I'm never going to get it.

I could go on, but I've already jumped tracks to a different dialogue.

I’m exactly where I am supposed to be, trucking along building my dreams bit by bit. It’s all happening. I’m doing the best I’ve ever done. I’ve come so far. I’m so proud of all I have already created and shared. I'm really good at what I do. I can do this. Heck I am already doing it.

It’s amazing how my inner dialogue shifts when my nervous system is relaxed.

It’s amazing how when I am clear everything is more manageable and I don't feel like I have to move so quickly.

It’s not how fast you move, it’s how clear you are.

Clarity is a superpower right now.

And we all hold this superpower within us, even when things feel really murky!

So breathe, get out in nature, move your body and consistently ask for clarity.

Love is all that is real. And I'm ready to get real sparkly, how about you?

Magic is organizing chaos...

"Magic is organizing chaos." ⎯The Witcher

We have A LOT of chaos in our world right now. And therefore I believe we have access to more magic than ever before.

The above quote goes on to include: "And while oceans of mystery remain, we have deduced that this requires two things. Balance and control. Without them, chaos will kill you."

Okay, a bit dramatic!

But that is fantasy for you, and fantasy is brilliant at heightening universal truths. Yes I believe this to be a universal truth.

Magic is actually more practical and logical than many believe. It's also often times more mundane than all the hype around it.

Because, just as the quote shares, it most often boils down to balance and control (important to note here, I translate control into discipline not manipulation).

Self-regulating (aka managing your energy aka staying balanced), along with having discipline of thought/focus (aka control) are how most magic happens.

And balance and discipline come from repetitive and consistent practices. Yeah, not so glamorous!

Nevertheless, the fun news is that even though the chaos in the world can feel super overwhelming and daunting, we are at a unique place where the excessive chaos has made available a massive swirl of energy that YOU get to direct in any direction you choose.

You are the organizer of this chaos to whatever extent you want.

You can shut down and ignore it, you can let it be destructive and polarizing or you can use it to generate the type of world you want to live in and the life of your dreams.

The bonus is, it doesn't have to be extreme. Repetitive and consistent habits and thoughts that nurture your body and your surrounding environments are what help drastically with organizing the chaos into magic.

Breathe, declutter, move your body, strengthen your muscles, spend time in nature, create....AND believe in yourself!

This is the time to focus on you and those right around you.

Light, Free and Ready To Fly.

Clearing, cleansing, building strength.

For many, this has been a year of just that. It's as though we have all been called to put on an extra heavy backpack, while navigating choppy waters // extreme emotions. Many have probably felt and witnessed more emotions this year then they have for several years combined.

Yes, it has been uncomfortable. For some more than others.
Yet I believe this discomfort and the challenges have all been a part of us clearing and cleansing away emotions and thoughts that have been stagnant for too long. And I believe the challenges have caused us to build and access a new level of strength.

Now imagine taking the back-back off and moving onto smooth terrain.

Light, free and ready to fly.
That is how your body, your entire being is going to feel in the times to come.

So get excited. Get ready.
Continue clearing and cleansing and letting go.
Organizing. Preparing.

I do not know. But I do know it is coming, and it's on each of us to get ready for it!

Phew.  There is A LOT to process in the world right now.

And sometimes when it becomes too much, there can be fits of rage, paralysis, or overwhelm leading to the need to numb and disassociate.  None of which are wrong; they are their own form of processing. 

Because of the extent of what is happening on many different fronts, this processing is going to take time.

Now more then ever, I believe the relationship with our bodies and the Earth is beyond vital.

It is the time to strengthen ourselves physically.  To nurture and develop a deeply intimate relationship with the physical body and the Earth.  The relationship we have with our bodies correlates to how powerful and capable we feel in operating in this world.  A healthy body helps one to feel prepared to handle whatever life brings.

And the Earth is such an incredible ally right now.  Her grounding energy helps keep us rooted and anchored, and with all the extra technological stimulation, taking extra time to be in nature will help keep you balanced and clear.

I acknowledge that this isn't an easy time and I send each of you so much love and tenderness for your own processing.

Alive means you feel.

Feel it all.

Whether it is close to home or it feels a little more distant for you, right now death is present for all of us.

For me, death highlights how precious this life is.

To be alive is a gift.  So yes.  I believe this is the time where we come alive.

Where we acknowledge the f*cked up and the magical.  The pain and the joy. 
Because both exist, and to be alive is to feel it all.

It won't always be so extreme.  But right now it is.  And all we can really do is give ourselves and those around us space to ride these waves of emotions. 
Space to be human.

The human heart is what makes you so uniquely you.  Let it feel all it wants to feel. 
It's time to set your heart free.

Where there is a will, there is a way! Staying clear and developing mental fortitude in turbulent times.

Your body is listening to everything your mind is saying right now.

Are you affirming how strong and healthy you are?  How brilliant and wondrous your body is?  And how you trust your body and you trust yourself to handle whatever comes your way?

Are you affirming that life is on your side and desiring to help you in any way you need?

Right now, no one knows for sure what the future holds.  It's all speculation and forecasting and there might end up being a lot of truth in those predictions.  However the reality is, that no one really knows.  And the other reality is, that these predicted outcomes don't have to be the outcomes if we choose a different direction.

Where there is a will, there is a way.

When has your will and your clear focused attention gotten you something you wanted in your life?

Now is a time to use that will for the collective. 

We are collectively creating this world and we are being given an opportunity to do things differently.  To create something unexpected and maybe even miraculous.

Aren't you bored of the ceaseless conversations around our need to change the way we live, the way we treat each other, the way we treat ourselves and our planet?

The conversation has gotten old.  

If we really want things to change, it starts with our thoughts.  It also starts at the individual level.

What you focus on grows.  And now is the time to develop mental fortitude.  

To focus on how capable you are.  To focus on the resources you do have. To focus on where you are supported and all the ways in which you are safe and loved.  To focus on what builds you up and feeds your well-being --financially, emotionally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. 

Let's pump ourselves up with the knowing that we are powerful beyond what we know.  It's time to step into that power.  It's time to stay clear and focused on the direction you want to head in.

Remember that time when you wanted something so badly, nothing could get in your way! 
Access that inner fire (bonus being that the virus doesn't like heat)! 

And if you are having trouble pulling from your own reserves, look to those professional athletes, or phenomenal performers, or veterans overcoming the most intense traumas or those with disabilities that are defying the odds.  Let them be your inspiration that anything is possible and we all hold within us that ability to be a superhuman!

You can do this.  We all can do this.  Decide and commit.

Just Say Yes.

We are at such a tender beautiful place in our world, where people are healing and desiring to help others heal. We are learning to fall in love with ourselves, with our lives, with each other.

Yes, it can be brutally uncomfortable and feel tragic and heart wrenching, yet it is also unbearably beautiful. To be human. To acknowledge the complexity and extent of our emotions and of our existence. Wow. Humans are incredible and fascinating.

Right now, with the individual and collective healing, it’s all about changing deep patterning and opening to a new experience of life.  Yes, life really can be different and it doesn't have to be so hard or so harsh.

When you change a pattern, you are actually changing your neurological response to life and this in turn changes your experience of life.  

To instigate the change, you have to train your nervous system to respond differently to the situations you find yourself caught in.

Breathwork, creative expression, spontaneous movement, dance and sound are all able to shift the nervous systems response.  

So the next time you feel frustration, lethargy or confusion, all typical indicators that you are right on some deep seated patterning that you are ready to change, try jumping up and moving your body, dancing, making some noise [don't be afraid to get primal], laying down and doing some breathing, or writing about it and then sharing that writing with someone.

The change can be simple and easy, it doesn't require big bold steps, it requires consistency.  

And know that the deep patterning you are working on has most likely been passed down to you from generations before, so be gentle and loving with yourself.

The Fundamentals.

The fundamentals.  The basics.

Change.

It’s in the air. It’s happening on an individual level, it’s happening on a collective level.  And the change feels monumental.

Sometimes when we feel on the precipice of change, we suddenly feel the need to act act act, to create new goals and intentions and new routines and habits.  Because the change is going to be big, so our actions need to be copious and new and big.

Yet, there is an analogy that keeps coming to me.

The Super Bowl is quickly approaching.  This is the most monumental moment for the players, coaches, team owners, anyone really connected to the two teams heading into this championship game.  

So preparation for this game is a big deal.  Now I am not a football expert by any means, but my feel is that right now, the teams are not focused on learning a whole host of new plays or formations.  They are focused on perfecting the fundamentals and keeping themselves healthy, so they are prepared for any curve balls the game may bring their way.

Most football games are won yard by yard, completed pass by completed pass, and while there is always the chance the game will come down to a Hail Mary pass, the Hail Mary is often caught by the guy that stayed the healthiest.

Right now, the world needs you to stay your healthiest.  Staying healthy boils down to the basics.   Enough rest, water, healthy foods, physical activity, pleasure, time in nature, personal space and of course breath!

We don't know what curve balls are coming our way.  
Take care of yourself and you'll knock those curve balls out of the park (I guess all my time around little athletes is rubbing off!)

The Art of Being Seen

Watching someone express the most authentic part of themselves through creativity, is one of the most beautiful experiences of humanity.  

And to witness the powerful healing that occurs is beyond profound.

It’s almost like you can feel and sense their nervous system literally being rewired in that moment.

I’ve been around this healing world for awhile!  Like a long while.  And I’ve witnessed some of the most profound and beautiful healings. I’ve also witnessed countless times just how powerfully healing it is each time a person shares an intimate part of themselves through creativity.

So in light of this, I am BEYOND excited to share about the launching of The Art of Being Seen.  An online class designed to help you find a greater sense of freedom through creative expression.

The intention of the class is to create a safe space for participants to become comfortable being seen and heard in expressing the raw, gritty, uncomfortable and unedited.  Or simply being seen speaking up, because that can be scary enough!

The class is also designed to fuel creativity.  Creativity loves to be engaged with and shared.  The more you do both, the more creativity will flow to you.
 

It takes practice to been seen. It takes a hell of a lot more practice to be seen being vulnerable.

Now just because we are heading further into the dark, doesn't mean it's doom and gloom time. All of Me, is about embracing it all and knowing we have the freedom to focus where we choose to, along with knowing it is the dark that allows us to truly know our light and all the joy that sits there.

How The Simple But Profound Practice Of Breathwork Can Unlock The Supernatural.

We are in an incredible time of exposure, which gives us unlimited information and access to just about everybody’s story, and their teachings and their sharing around what has worked for them to create a happier, healthier, more productive life.  This can be inspiring AND this can be overwhelming.

It can also be paradoxical, as the trend is shifting towards tapping into and trusting your own inner guidance and intuition, because at the end of the day, you are your greatest teacher and you know what is best for you. This shift can be very freeing, because not only can all that information be overwhelming, it can also be conflicting.

It’s conflicting because we are all so uniquely different and there will never be an algorithm for our healing or our happiness.  Algorithms work for machines and we are definitely not machines! We are humans with a beating and complex heart, and a brilliant also complex mind, and a body that holds technology so advanced, our human minds can’t yet comprehend all that it is capable of.  Nature doesn’t make mistakes, so that “junk” DNA is definitely not junk. In fact, I’d venture to say, the parts of our DNA we are yet to understand, are the parts that make this human suit really freaking cool.

It’s exciting that elements such as a human’s clair senses are being acknowledged, and that more and more people are diving deeper into an awareness and study of the technology of the body.  It also doesn’t feel like a coincidence that sci-fi and fantasy movies and shows are only growing in popularity.

I believe it’s because inside of so many of us there is this knowing that as human beings, we are capable of so much more.

This knowing is part of the voice within you that also knows what is best for you.  It’s the part of you with the built-in bullshit detector telling you, yes, this modality is great for me, yes this teacher is awesome, or hell no, that teacher or practice or food, is definitely not for me.

THE KEY IS TO TRUST YOURSELF.  AND TO TRUST YOURSELF YOU NEED TO KNOW YOURSELF.  

KNOW YOUR ESSENCE, YOUR BODY, YOUR MIND AND KNOW HOW THEY COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.

THIS TAKES PRACTICE AND THIS TAKES COMMITMENT. IT’S NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART.

Because what you see isn’t always pretty.  And the changes your higher self may be calling for you to make, may not be easy.  Letting go of the illusions and limits that hold you back from the clarity of your truth, can also be messy and raw and uncomfortable.  

I often say, purification is a bitch. But it’s worth it. If you crave true power, if you crave being a part of creating a world you love, you have to know yourself in and out.

It really does start with you.  And, while not always easy, on the journey of self-discovery you may be surprised to discover just how cool you actually are!

Breathwork has always been my go-to for getting clear and getting to know my unique essence. The extra oxygen pulled into the body through this technique, works with the endocrine system to nourish the rebalancing and well-being of the body, reminding you not only how good it feels to be in you body, but also that your body is on your side. The active nature of this breathing pattern gives the mind a much needed break, and by soothing the nervous system, this practice allows you to experience the essence of your spirit running through your nervous system.  When this happens the journey of getting to know yourself becomes even more exciting.

A Paradox

You are the most special and unique person in the world AND you are no more important than anyone else.


To me this is an ultimate paradox in life and a huge challenge being presented in this world.

Holding the deepest reverence and respect for who you are and the absolute knowing that you matter, while also knowing everyone else matters just as much.

Even those people who make your skin crawl, piss you off and who no matter how hard you try, you simply can’t seem to put yourself in their shoes.

I mean come on, it wouldn’t be challenging or paradoxical if you were only called to believe those you liked or agreed with mattered ;)

Creative expression, sharing your voice, sharing vulnerably, I feel this is one of the most significant ways to honor and cultivate the inner peace and knowingness of just how special you truly are.

And with a paradox like this, I feel starting with this piece of acknowledging the special role you play, helps the other pieces fall into place a little more gently.

To support cultivating a stronger sense of the value of your uniqueness, mid-January, after the rush of the holidays and once we have begun to settle into the new year, I am going to be offering a creative expression online class.

Storytime...

Hi all!

I’ve been a little MIA, because I have been in creating mode, plus there was a recent trip to the oh so lovely Italy.

Nothing like being at the birth place of the Renaissance to further fuel my passion for creativity, innovation, nature, science, math, the arts, the beauty of the human body….

On this creative note, I'm stepping into storytelling mode and sharing with you today, the first two chapters of an audio book I am in the process of bringing to completion.

This book shares the very up close and intimate details of my own personal adventures in self-discovery, and it begins during a very dark time in my life.

Change doesn't have to correlate to rushing.

Transition, change.

Labor Day, the prequel to fall, invariably ushers in change.

Change, however, does not have to correlate to rush.

And while fall in particular brings a robust movement of energy after the languid nature of summer, the movement doesn't mean we have to begin rushing and hurrying about.

If we allow the residual relaxation from summer to mix with the increased movement of fall, there is a beautifully sweet spot that allows for fall to feel enlivening without feeling overwhelming.

To support the shift in energy​,​ the changing of the seasons brings, Transition will be the theme for September's online classes. ​ And there will be an extra emphasis on connecting to the earth and​ allowing her energy to help keep us clear and present in the body!

Is your anger helping you break free?

Anger.

Am I using it against myself?
Or am I using it as an ally and informant?

Maybe it was the eclipses. Or mercury retrograde or the upcoming Lions Gate portal, or the summer heat. Or maybe it’s because I have red hair.

Whatever the reason, anger has been getting up close and personal with me. Causing me to completely redefine my relationship to it and learn how to use it to help me with some important pieces in my life.

Clarity. Boundaries. Passion. Self-worth.
Breaking away from the BS that I'm so ready to be done with.

Anger has been powerfully clearing. And it brings forward this month's theme for the online breathwork classes, Breaking Free. Which will be correlated to your relationship to anger.

"if you never try you'll never know, just what you're worth"

One of my all time favorite songs is 'Fix You' by Coldplay. This song touches into the depth of human emotion in such a beautiful way, every time I hear it, I remember what a gift it is to be human and have the ability to feel as deeply as we do.

To love, to grieve, to contract so tightly in fear that when you do return to the expansion and freedom of your truth, it feels glorious.

In today's world it feels radical to feel deeply. To dive into the complexity, rawness and messiness of being human is avoided by most. Yet isn't that what the world seems to be craving?

To feel. To be alive.

This song always reminds me of this.

There is a particular line that challenges my soul each time I hear it. And it is extra pertinent, as we enter into an eclipse season that is asking us to embrace our evolution and allow the next version of ourselves to emerge.

The line is 'if you never try you'll never know, just what you're worth"

It causes me to look at where in my life I hold myself back from going for my dreams, where do I not even try.

And when I say try, I don't mean do more things (I'm really good at doing things), I mean believe. Believe I am capable and deserving. Believe my dreams aren't there to taunt me into believing I'm not yet good enough, they are there as a guiding light to point me in the direction of just how incredible my life is, and is meant to be.

Discomfort, frustration, impatience, those have all become indicators that my thoughts and beliefs aren't matching up with the truth of my dreams. I'm learning to let them guide me. To let them show me when I'm off path, so I can course correct.

And, I'm good letting it be as simple as that.

I feel good, I'm on track. I feel shitty, I need to redirect the focus of my thoughts.


For this month's online breathwork classes, the theme is going to be Emerging.

These breathing sessions will be an opportunity for you to identify where you might be holding back in believing in yourself. They will also be a place for you to dive into the depths of your own emotions, and appreciate how beautiful it is to have a beating heart that holds the richness of the full spectrum of human emotions.

It’s exhausting trying to figure it out....

I love information. I love learning. I love the mechanics of life, of being human.

This love has lead me down an incredible path of self-discovery and this love keeps me deeply engaged in life.

A challenge however, is that with all the information and all the studying on the way things work, I can get caught up in trying to figure it out, and I can also get caught in feeling like I am never doing enough. Sometimes I can even feel like I am doing it wrong, or I fear that I am going to mess up.

And man is that not fun.

It’s exhausting and at times it can be detrimental because that not enough voice can get loud pretty quickly!

The funny thing is that in all my figuring out, I can forget that my well-being, my success, connection, experience of love... all of that is my most natural state of being and I don’t need to figure it out in order to experience it.

It’s fun to know the why, but it’s not necessary.

It’s fun, because by studying the mechanics of life we get a glimpse into the brilliance of our existence. A brilliance that works despite us having cracked its code or not.

So, with the moon having just slipped into the mental energy of Gemini, appreciate your capacity to think and reason, and also know it’s safe not to know. Life is going to work out for you regardless. All you have to do is breathe.

Purification.  It’s a bitch. And.  It’s totally worth it.

Ugh.  Here we go again.  Another layer peeled back.  A big expansion followed by what feels like an inevitable contraction.

It seems, the clearer I get the more I am called to let go of the BS.  The BS that finds a way to convince me I’m not good enough. The BS of a shame that can feel so freaking uncomfortable it makes me nauseous or causes me to want to crawl out of my skin.  The BS of the voices and the feelings that tell me what I have to say doesn’t matter, that I don’t matter.

There is more BS but instead of continuing with it, let’s just state that the BS flat out doesn’t feel good.

It doesn’t feel good when it exists inside of us, and it doesn’t feel good when it is clearing itself out of our system.

Purification is when it is clearing out.  It is a surfacing and clearing process that involves a rebalancing of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  A getting rid of the BS.

It happens to create space for the new.

During purification, traumas held in the body release, negative thoughts and patterning are identified in order to be reprogrammed, and emotions that have felt caught and heavy in the body are let go of.

Essentially it’s a detox.

A detox that brings a lot of freedom and lightness on the other side.

This is all really awesome.  AND. The process can also be, messy, chaotic, raw and super uncomfortable.  It also doesn’t happen overnight, and it can happen in layers.

Because of that, sometimes when it happens, you may wonder, what is wrong with me, am I ever going to get this, am I messing up?  I’ve been doing so much work to heal and become so much more aware, yet sometimes it feels like I’m standing still….

To help with that uncertainty and doubt, I find it helps to understand the process.

Each time you find clarity and alignment with your truth, you are shedding a bright light into your entire being. This bright light is illuminating all that doesn’t match with this truth and clarity, be it limiting thoughts, outdated beliefs, past experiences….

The illumination begins to ease away and clear what is not in alignment...to detox.

Now, these unfelt emotions, negative thoughts, old traumas, might not hold the same type of physical toxicity as heavy metals or pesticides and other toxic elements we consume, and then are released in the traditional sense of a detox, but they do hold a toxicity.  A toxicity that weighs you down in life, and that causes things to feel harder, or foggy or confusing. When released, just as when we are detoxing from impurities we have ingested, it can feel icky and not so great.

Yet the freedom on the other side is incredible.  The lightness and the joy.

The sense of feeling like yourself!

As you continue down your healing path, the light gets brighter, reaching into the darkest and most hidden reservoirs of the body and the psyche.  You also begin to become aware of patterns passed down through your lineage. Because of this, it can sometimes feel like the purifying and detoxing is never going to end, that you’ve been around this block already and therefore there must be something wrong with you, because why have you not gotten it by now.

You are getting it.  You are spiraling up, and while is so many ways it may seem like the same BS, your vantage point is different.

So know that, and know that there is no formula and there is no time frame.  You are where you are and your best bet is a whole lotta extra self-care and self-love.

The healing journey is not easy, it brings up the grittiness of being human.  Many people avoid this, so if you are not avoiding and you are open to change and growth, give yourself some credit and give yourself space to honor the process.

Louise Hay says something relating to this that I really like, ‘If you are going to clean the house, you have to see the dirt.’  

Here are a few things I have found helpful when I’m in the middle of some purification:

  1. Drink lots of water.

  2. Sleep.  And then more sleep.  Knowing that, this too shall pass.

  3. Breathe. Breathwork is one of the best clearing and cleansing practices I know.

  4. Baths.  Epsom salts.  Or better yet...hot springs or ocean swims.

  5. Move your body. Let movement support the letting go.

  6. Nature.  Fresh air, sunshine or even rain.  Nature will help your body ground and recalibrate.

  7. Be easy on yourself and give yourself space to process and integrate. This is some really valuable stuff.

  8. Journal. The more you know yourself, the better you can take care of you. And when you take care of you, all those around you benefit.

Transformation isn’t comfortable. I mean that whole caterpillar becoming a butterfly... comfort wouldn’t be a word I’d include in that process.

Once the intensity has cleared, notice any shifts in your behavior.

Most often for me, after a clearing I’m suddenly doing the things I had been avoiding on my to do list or having those conversations I’d been putting off.

Lastly, know that you are not alone and know that if it ever feels like too much, reach out.  You are loved and you matter.

Addendum:
Unconsciously complaining. Acting unconsciously. That is not purification. There is a good chance, that is you getting caught in the old way of being, and there is also a good chance you’re able to see this in another more clearly than you can see it when it is happening to yourself =)

No judgment here, just an important distinction that needs to be made.
