This page is designed to help support you in integrating a breathwork meditation practice into your life.

The playlists I have woven together invite you to dive in and get lost in the breathing practice; they can be found below. Breathwork is a beautiful practice that has a lot to offer, but it only works if you use it.

These meditations have minimal guidance, so if you are new, please make sure to check out the demonstration video below. And if you need some extra support or guidance, I’m available for 1:1 sessions. More info HERE.
