Eventually we will find our way back to…

Eventually we will find our way back to…

There is excitement, there is angst and as the world keeps coming at us faster and faster it is in the pause that I remember there is an innate intelligence within me, within each of us, and this intelligence will always be there to guide us. So I can take a deep breathe and relax. I’m not going to be left behind if I don’t jump on this AI tornado. In fact what if this whole flurry of movement in the AI sector leads us right back to our foundational truth and that innate intelligence that sits within us.

I mean, technology does mimic the natural world.

To be clear, I’m not saying don’t get familiar with the ways that AI can help you streamline and simplify. I’m just saying, that innate intelligence within each of us holds the answers AI will never be able to give us…

Maybe though, AI is the pathway for many to return to the truth of who they are. We are all heading in the same direction, yet we each have our own path.

I have a lot to say on this, and I’m working on doing my best to synthesize it all into engaging and digestible content. Will keep you posted as I do!

Below are in-person and online ways for you to get in some breathwork, because precisely, breathwork is a brilliant tool for accessing your own innate intelligence ;)

The theme for the online monthly class is Leaning into the Light. Turmoil kicks up dust that can cause people to feel very off kilter. Leaning into the light helps immensely with navigating uncertainty.

LA people continue to remain welcome as my guests for as long as they need.

Simply use code LALOVE

Lastly, I recently had the pleasure of joining Frank McKnight on his podcast Loggin On. We talked mental health, breathwork and I shared some backstories of my journey I haven’t shared before. You can take a listen here!

Eliza

Grounding into a Sense of Safety

Whew.  I don’t have words for the start of this year.  My heart goes out to all in LA navigating the devastation.  And my heart goes out to all of humanity as we face the pain and fear of what can feel like a perpetual loop of destruction and heartbreak on our planet.

For the days surrounding the New Year, I was fortunate to be off the grid on a breathwork retreat where each morning I had the space to watch the sun crest the mountain as I communed with the nature around me.  Anchoring into the sacredness of life, I felt inspired and enlivened by the life that sat before me and the possibilities for us all.  As we closed out the retreat, our hearts open in deep connection, David Elliott, the leader of the retreat, reminded us “this is the real world.”

Entering back into my day to day life, with the onslaught of world events feeling to be coming quicker and quicker, it’s amazing how quickly the fear and the sadness starts to feel like the real world.  It’s so easy to get swept up in it all and forget the sacredness of the life before me.  It takes discipline to come back to an open heart and a trust that the connection between all of our hearts is the actual real world and together we will all prevail.

Thank you for being in my life.  Online Monthly Breathwork classes pick up this Sunday January 12th with a theme of Grounding into a Sense of Safety.  And while this was meant to just be the theme for January, this is also I believe meant to be a theme woven throughout this entire year.

If you are in LA and being affected by the fires, please join as my guest this Sunday.  Simply use code COMP2025.  And feel free to pass along to any friends.

Earth, Sun, Breath, Hydration, Connecting to your Spirit.  The elements are on your side to support you in navigating these times!

LOVE,

Eliza

The precipice of our future… + Katonah Class

The precipice of our future sits in our ability to clear fear and frenetic energy from the nervous system.

What if…the leaps and bounds we seek for our future will be found fractionally in our technological advancements and almost entirely in our perception.

When in a relaxed state, the nervous system is our doorway into the future. It is the mechanism through which we perceive (which essentially is our state of consciousness) and it is the mechanism through which the human soul engages and activates the human body.

I believe we have only begun to understand the full purpose of the nervous system, and deepening our understanding of this system will lead us into a future beyond anything many have imagined. We are operating what very well could be the most advanced technology in existence, the human body. There is a reason there has been a war against it.

So take care of yourself and soothe your nervous system on the regular. We are heading into some incredible territory, albeit not without it’s challenges (mainly having to do with the physical, emotional and mental challenges that result from not properly taking care of the nervous system).

You may have noticed the conversation around the nervous system has become heightened; it is only going to grow. The question is though are you (are people) going to act on the information?

I’m sitting on a lot of recorded breathwork meditations along with a long list of new ones that want to be recorded. I'll be posting these on my YouTube channel weekly on Fridays for the next few months.  You can subscribe here. I just posted a new one and will start the weekly Friday postings tomorrow.

I have a local class this Sunday in Katonah, details below.  And I'll be starting back up my monthly online breathwork classes, the next one being Sunday December 8th at 8p EST. An email will be sent out the week before with a sign-up link.

As always, reach out with any questions and have a beautiful rest of your month.

LOVE!

Eliza

PS. I also believe the greatest advancements in space travel will come from a shift in consciousness.  Something I'll write more on in the future ;)

Priorities in Plain Sight…

Priorities in Plain Sight…

Studying the complexities of life fascinates me; I’m that go to person when people want to have deep or ‘out there’ conversations, or talk about anything around well-being, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual!

Which I absolutely love; I love continuing to learn and expand my scope of awareness.

And through it all, what remains clearest to me is that the most important elements are always the simplest and most boldly in our face.

Your breath - [you can’t exist without it for more then a few minutes or so]

Hydration and nutrition (water and food) - [you can only temporarily withhold]

Connection with the Earth - [your top non negotiable’s (air, water and food) come directly from the Earth]

The Sun (sunlight) - [we’d all cease to exist without it]

And yes, I will always believe love is the answer and the most powerful force, yet it’s a lot easier to love when these foundational elements are met.

Childhood is an extremely impactful time to instill a healthy relationship with each of these elements. And as I know parents are already overwhelmed in managing all of the many many moving parts, I’ve put Family Breathwork into a digestible course format that you can take in on your own time frame. As I have mentioned before, you don’t even have to have kids in order to check out this work. We didn’t have this content growing up, so most adults are still learning this stuff for themselves as well!

I’m offering a 50% discount to my newsletter as a thanks for sticking with me for as long as you have! Use code: COMP50

I’d love to continue to receive feedback on how this content is landing and if there are any ways I can make it more accessible.

Enjoy the rest of your month and just remember that as more and more information continues to come in, if you are ever feeling overwhelmed by it all, just come back to these basics!

LOVE!

Eliza

A quick hello + Aspen Visit!

It’s been awhile!

Family Breathwork has had my full attention, as I have been working on making this program as accessible as possible for parents that are already juggling many many moving parts.

I’m super excited to share more on this soon! And I’m also SUPER excited for my upcoming trip to Aspen the last week of June.

While I’m in town, I’ll be over at O2:ASPEN holding a Family Breathwork workshop on June 30th | 5:30p-7:00p.

I’m really looking forward to teaching in this space. Further details below, and you don’t have to have children to participate!

This is a great program for couples looking to sync up more, or as an adult this is a beautiful practice for you to do with your older parents. Whether you are looking to find resolution in the past, or find ways to connect further with them, this practice accesses the foundation of love, even when there is conflict and challenge. It’s also helpful in understanding group dynamics, and there of course will be a breathwork experience!

I’ll be offering a handful of private sessions while I am in town, so reach out if you have interest. Or if you just want to find some time to say hello =)

Happy almost Solstice to everyone. This is a potent time of year to focus on the Sun and all the life support and love this powerhouse shares with us. Let it help you wake up even more power within.

LOVE!

Eliza

This practice isn’t limited to doing only with your children. As an adult, this is a beautiful practice for you to do with your older parents. Whether you are looking to find resolution in the past, or find ways to connect further with them, this practice accesses the foundation of love, even when there is conflict and challenge.

Family Breathwork + Colorado Retreat

Over the past few months, I have been working on a project that is very near and dear to my heart. Family Breathwork.

As I’m sure you already know from being on this newsletter, I believe breathwork is a pretty incredible practice, and while it can lead to some pretty extraordinary and even miraculous experiences, I feel breathwork’s greatest superpower is prevention and alleviation, and I also feel that the family atmosphere is one of the greatest places to be proactive about well-being.

The program I am developing is in the pilot phase and in order to better fine-tune and finesse the content, I am offering half-price family sessions in exchange for feedback and a testimony, if the work resonates with you. Details on the webpage.

Workshops online and in-person are currently being set-up, so if you have interest in having one near you, let me know!

And if you get a chance, check out the landing page. As I finalize this development, I appreciate insight and feedback!

On a slightly separate note, I am beyond excited to be out in Mancos, Colorado this June 20th-23rd (the Summer Solstice), helping support Elliott Brinkley with her Blooming Rooted Retreat.

“Engaging with plants through intuition, science, breathwork, plant walks, creative expression, myth, medicine making and ceremony will open the gateway to an embodied knowledge of ourselves and the natural world.”

Would be amazing to have you join us!! Early bird pricing ends April, 9th.

Oh…and if you are feeling like the world feels extra intense right now, yesterday was a full moon eclipse and we have another eclipse coming up on April 8th, so we are in an eclipse portal that can cause a lot of feelings!

I have a workshop upcoming April 7th at Hastings Yoga, to help support with the intensity and help you feel rooted and flexible through change.

LOVE,

Eliza

Hold Steady…

Hold Steady.

An approaching spring always brings a flurry of activity and excitement, and soon after the Spring Equinox there is a flurry of cosmic activity involving eclipses and all that fun stuff, plus it’s an election year and let’s be honest, the forces that be are committed to perpetually throwing one thing after another at us…

I’m impressed with what we have all learned to manage. And if you’re feeling a little untethered or unsteady, you are definitely not alone in this.

It’s not easy to hold steady right now. The storms are whipping around us, and the analogy of the great oak tree holds true…

Strong, steady, rooted, with branches that sway and dance in the winds.

As humanity grapples with what’s next, what is real and how do we anchor into the truth of humanity, I would venture to say that the answers we seek are found in our connection to the earth, the connection to our bodies, and the way they synergistically work together.

Our best bet in holding steady through all of this is to honor and nourish those connections. Time in nature, care for our bodies…back to the basics. And there is nothing more basic then your breath

Sundays workshop at The Standard in Miami is happening this weekend!

There is still space if you are in the area or you know anyone in the area that would be interested.

Tuesday evening class is happening tonight 7:00p-8:00p — you can sign up through their website here. No class on the 12th as I will be away.

Eliza

Expand, contract, expand, contract…

It’s the dance of life, it’s the dance of growth. And while big expansions can be followed by some intense contractions, the opposite is also true.

We have had a good three years of intense contraction, and I know I am not alone in feeling the expansion that is craving to happen this year.

The thing with the expansion after a contraction though, is that you have to choose it.

And after an intense period of contraction, to open back up can be extremely uncomfortable. Easing into the expansion can help!

When momentum starts to build, as it will this year, a lot of people jump right out of the gate and head into a sprint. I invite you to see if you can let the energy build a little. Hold the energy. See if instead of acting on the first impulse, you can wait and let the energy build until you can’t not act.

I practice this when I dance, and I can tell you that when I let the energy build, it ends up propelling me forward in the most incredible ways, and it’s not my life force that I am using, it’s universal energy flow. You can’t miss out on what’s meant for you!

So much upcoming fun…details below!

The studio I am teaching at in Katonah, NY is offering an awesome promotion, and for the month of February my class is FREE!

The class is Tuesday evenings 7:00p-8:00p and you can sign up through their website here.

The Fog of Change...plus online class tonight!

Before I share a little further on the fog of change, I wanted to make a quick note about online breathwork TONIGHT!! It will be a great way to recenter, and the recording will be something you can come back to over and over again throughout the holiday season.

For those in the NY/CT area I have several in-person opportunities upcoming for December, details below.

The Fog of Change...

Change, while inevitable and always happening, has been extra heightened. And in particular right now, there is a strong sense of closing out the old as you open to the new, which can leave you straddling what feels like two different worlds, referred to by some as the space in between. This space is liminal, and with it often comes uncertainty and confusion.

Am I moving forward or backwards? Is this the right choice? Did I mess up somewhere along the way and need to course correct? Did I miss out on an opportunity? Do I need to start over or stay committed?

The questions can be many and the answers can feel like very few.

Clarity eventually will come. It always does. And most often we have to simply ride out these portions of time. Focus on what's right before us, and trust.

Trust that life is on your side and everything is going to work out for you, and trust yourself and the journey of your soul. You've got this. You made it through these past few years, and that says a lot.

Connecting more deeply with the wisdom of your soul, and taking the time to soothe your nervous system into the knowing that everything is okay, I have found to be super helpful for riding out the in-between times. Breathwork will support you in both. So whether it's with me, another or by yourself, I most definitely recommend carving out time to get some breathwork in!

Always happy to support in any way I can. Below are some upcoming options, and get ready for the new year…it's already bopping and I'm excited to share more on what's to come.

Have a beautiful holiday season.

LOVE,

Eliza

A tender time…

How’s everyone doing?

These past few weeks have been heartbreaking, and quite frankly shocking.  The pain rocking our planet has been hitting hard into all of our nervous systems, whether we are aware of it or not. And in addition to the collective pulse we are all feeling, each of us has individual lives that hold their own challenges.

If you are craving a little TLC, join us tonight at 8p ET.  The focus will be creating a soothing balm and praying for peace.

If finances are tight, use code FIFTY50 for half-price, or message me and I'm happy to have you as my guest

October…coming in hot!

Hi everyone!

I was working on some writing around the dance between AI and spirituality, but the energies of this week put that on pause.

The week started off as a doozy, and the other night watching a tractor trailer spend an exorbitant amount of time trying to make a tight turn, felt to pretty much sum it up!  I don't even know if the tractor trailer ever even made the turn because I had to finally give up on waiting and go a different direction.

So if you have been feeling a little tight on time, energy, capacity, patience...you are not alone.  There is a huge redirect happening right now and even those not sensitive to the collective energetic pulse, are feeling it.

October can already feel to be no joke.  Nice deep breaths and flexibility are going to be our best friends.  Everything is going to work out, there are just most likely going to be some twists and turns in the way it all comes together.

On the note of redirect, I'm potentially going to postpone the Breathwork Healer Training until the new year.

I'd still love to hold this training this November 4 + 5, as it's the perfect time to get a recharge and reset right before the holiday whirlwind, but need to solidify more commitment.  So if you are interested but haven't signed up, or are on the fence, or know others that would appreciate hearing about this training.  Let me know

And if you missed the monthly meditation, you can still purchase the replay below!

Reach out if you need any support.  Everything is going to work out, and you don't have to navigate it alone.

Lots of love!

Eliza Rose

PS. For those into astrology, Mars was conjunct Wednesday and we are in eclipse season!

Finding Your Rhythm + Tomorrow Night!

Change. No matter how versed we are in change, change will always bring a shift to our nervous system, and supporting this shift never hurts.

So even though change also brings a flurry of new things to do, varying degrees of discombobulation as you shift from one thing to the next, and often a feeling of not having enough time, I very much encourage creating space to self-regulate with some breathwork!

The soothing breathing pattern will nourish your nervous system, helping you find your new rhythm with a little more ease and grace.

Tomorrow night is the monthly online breathwork class, and you can use this recording all throughout the month to support any changes you may be going through.

I have two upcoming in-person workshops on Finding Your Rhythm. Details below.

And very excitedly, this November 4th + 5th, I am holding a Healer Training: Level 1, locally here in North Stamford, CT at the NAAD CENTER. A really beautiful group is already coming together and it would be wonderful to have you join! It’s a wonderful way to deepen your own practice and learn skills to help heal yourself and others.

Everything is falling into place… plus Aspen Update!

Everything is falling into place…

Chaos and destruction precede evolution. And while the world may seem upside down and/or mad 😉 there is an undercurrent of order amongst it all; something the human mind can’t fully comprehend, but the heart can garner a glimmer of.

It makes me so curious how the next few months, years and decade will unfold…

If you’re feeling extra anxious, keep tapping into that heart, it will help you feel the undercurrent that despite it all, everything is okay.

While things may feel to be falling apart, everything is actually falling into place.

I touched into Aspen last night, and my entire being is filled with joy at being back. This place will always hold a special place in my heart.

I look forward to connecting with those that are here in town, let me know if you are! And it would be wonderful to have you at one of the breathwork events this upcoming week, if you are able to make it.

Important note, we have condensed the Saturday workshops into one, which will take place on the 26th at 10a. The Thursday evening breathwork at 7p on the 24th, is still on as planned!

While here, I am also offering a few private individual or group breathwork sessions. Just reply back to this email if interested!

Keep breathing nice and fully! And have a beautiful rest of August.

Love,

Eliza

So about last month…

So about last month…

There really aren’t words. Cornwall has captured a special place in my heart and I look forward to many more adventures there! Below are two reels, created to share a snapshot of the magic!

Also about last month…how are you all doing? It was intense! And while I feel most people have grown accustomed to the high level of intensity humanity remains at, this past month I noticed a deep level of depletion has set in for many.

Especially in the parenting, healing and any caretaker roles.

The approaching start of summer, even though exciting can add to the depletion as plans come in fast and furious. Summer can also be an incredibly nourishing time to really fill yourself up. So make sure to schedule in some serious R + R time to build back those reserves, and hold the intention for a rejuvenating summer!

Below are online and in-person options for you to receive the nourishment of breathwork.

Happy almost summer! May it be gentle, fun and fill you up.

Love,

Eliza

PS. ASPEN folks, get ready for August. I’ll be in town leading some breathwork classes and of course having some fun and catching up! More details to come soon.

Just keep swimming, or maybe float.

Just keep swimming, or maybe float…

Phew. The world stage, the astrological shifts, the sparks of spring. Life is shifting and moving big time and it feels as though the entire world is scrambling to keep their heads above water. During these times I drop into my default of just keep swimming.

Yet as I wrote that subject line, it was immediately continued with, or maybe float.

Swimming is my default, I can't help but want to take action. And I'm seeing big time how exhausting this can be when a lot is going on. I'm also seeing more clearly the steady pattern that life always has a way of bringing unexpected opportunities and supporting things in working out.

So my feel is it's a combo of both. Just keep swimming AND don't be afraid to float. Because in truth, my perpetual need to act sometimes comes from not trusting life

When you're tapped out, or maybe before you fully tap yourself out, try taking a break from all the action and see what happens when you give yourself a chance to flip on your back and simply float.

The rapids of spring are strong, so I don't doubt you'll still be heading downstream at a quick pace!

New class announcement below, and Aspen folks, there are some great local breathwork offerings I highly recommend checking out (I put two below).

Both Allison Alexander and Chelsea Bennett are wonderful breathwork teachers that hold powerful space and really great events. I’ll do my best to keep sharing when they have in-person breathwork opportunities, and if you follow them on Instagram or their newsletters you won’t miss out on any of it.

The transition into spring is always a lot, so just keep swimming and floating, we’ll all eventually get wherever we are going!

Lots of love,

Eliza Rose Kane

PS. if you haven’t yet seen the reel I did for the Cornwall Retreat, it captures the essence of what I am about beyond this retreat and it worth checking out =)

A reprieve. The value of empty space.

The value of empty space…

One of the biggest traps of the age of information is that it fills all of our in between space.

Instead of walking in silence in the woods, driving alone in the car and letting your thoughts meander, or resting in the sun and allowing ourselves to simply muse or dream, we have a podcast on or an audible book or some form of stimulation.

It’s wonderful to hear people’s journeys and stories as we find inspiration in their sharing and can learn from their studies and learnings, and while I’d argue the particular way you synthesize the information you consume has it's own element of innovation, we are seeing increasing amounts of regurgitation of information, in a time that is calling for invention of the new.

The excess information is also taking a toll on us in exorbitant ways. People's minds and nervous systems are shutting down. People feel ungrounded, disconnected and out of control. I see this increasingly with children and the struggle they are going through to find roots in an intensely overstimulated world.

In the silence, in nature when we are able to relax our senses, answers we are seeking come, inner truths and awarenesses reveal themselves, direction unfolds, a sense of safety and rootedness embraces us, and the new ways of being we all crave become clear.

It's on us to create time for the empty space that allows this all to come through.

This May's retreat in Cornwall will provide just that. Reprieve from the chaos and opportunity for you to dive deep into your truth and those untapped innate abilities longing to come out.

New local and online offerings comings soon. I’ve been on my own reprieve =)

Reach out with any questions!

Lots of love,

Eliza Rose Kane

Managing the velocity to come...

Polarity creates velocity.

The farther you pull a slingshot back, the faster and further the rock shoots forward. I look at polarity as the tension created when you pull a slingshot back, and therefore the greater polarity, the greater the tension, which upon release creates a high velocity of speed.

These past almost 3 years, but really in particular this past year, humanity has been experiencing some pretty intense polarity. And while massively uncomfortable, this polarity is going to skyrocket things forward. The challenge I see however is going to be people's ability to manage the velocity of the movement to come.

Your health, your body, they are going to be one of the most important aspects to managing the high velocity. As is your connection to the Earth, and your ability to slow down and simplify.

It's no coincidence that strength training in its various forms, has circled back in a BIG way, or that hot/cold therapy to create resilience in the body is becoming so mainstream. Everything concerning the body right now, is so important, because it's our bodies that need to be able to manage the voltage of energy.

People who work deep with creative energy already understand this, as the magnitude of that energy can knock you on your ass if you don't know how to manage it.

It reminds me of Bradley Cooper in Limitless, when he opened up to full brain capacity and when he didn't manage the energy properly, he blacked out...

Humanity is opening to what's next. The discord and friction have created a ripe environment for massive creative innovation. It's exciting. In fact, in ways, it's thrilling.

And as someone who has gotten knocked on my ass many times by the voltage of creative energy, (hence my time in the rocky mountains cultivating awareness on the importance of exerted movement), I simply encourage your continued movement, aligning with your body as an ally (you are operating some pretty freaking amazing vessels), and enjoying the great outdoors. It truly is a saving grace! Oh yes, and of course, breathe. Breathwork isn't just for healing, it's incredible at helping you manage the flow of your energy, and regulate your system out when the world seems to be coming at you a bit too fast.

As always, lots of love!!

Sparkly eyes and…

Sparkly eyes hold a twinkle that reminds us of what it's all really about, heart connections and excitement for life.

Babies and children are the guardians of this. As are those beloved animal friends. They hold a purity that cuts through the density of all the things that need to get done and all the noise and drama that wants to pull us away from this essence, and they remind us to not only honor the twinkle in their eyes, but to find that twinkle and sparkle in our own eyes.

Because maybe that is the greatest gift we can give to the world.

Adventure is another way I find a sparkle in my eyes, and this springs' retreat to Cornwall is sure to bring adventure and lots of connection. The retreat space we are staying at holds 5000 year old tors, which are ancient rock formations that ceremonies once took place at.

A special part of this trip will be the opportunity to work with symbols and energy that has been infused with meaning and prayer over the centuries, connecting to the wisdom and spiritual grace of the old ways. There is also a grove of ancient oak trees, and trees hold the most magical deep wisdom, along with a lot of love and support for us.

I'm just so very excited about it all, and would love for you to join!

Wednesday that 14th is the last day for early-bird pricing, and in addition to Elliott Brinkley adding her expertise and passion in helping us deepening our awareness and relationship with plants, Brad Patterson, somatic coach based in France, will be joining as well!

He will be sharing his expertise in developing soft resilience (aka fairy meets viking) in environments of intensity & chaos.

Wishing you all the very best through the holidays and into the new year!!

And sending lots of love!

Eliza
