A Paradox
You are the most special and unique person in the world AND you are no more important than anyone else.
To me this is an ultimate paradox in life and a huge challenge being presented in this world.
Holding the deepest reverence and respect for who you are and the absolute knowing that you matter, while also knowing everyone else matters just as much.
Even those people who make your skin crawl, piss you off and who no matter how hard you try, you simply can’t seem to put yourself in their shoes.
I mean come on, it wouldn’t be challenging or paradoxical if you were only called to believe those you liked or agreed with mattered ;)
Creative expression, sharing your voice, sharing vulnerably, I feel this is one of the most significant ways to honor and cultivate the inner peace and knowingness of just how special you truly are.
And with a paradox like this, I feel starting with this piece of acknowledging the special role you play, helps the other pieces fall into place a little more gently.
To support cultivating a stronger sense of the value of your uniqueness, mid-January, after the rush of the holidays and once we have begun to settle into the new year, I am going to be offering a creative expression online class.
This is designed to help those sitting on a book, some songs or any other form of creative expression you are ready to get moving.
I know this is super early notice, however I also know we are all about to head into the flurry that seems to always accompany the end of the year and holiday season, so I wanted to put this on your radar now and plant a seed for an exciting start to the new year.
Until then, monthly online classes continue strong. Check out the dates below and remember these are recorded, so no worries if you can’t attend live.
I’ll be doing a holiday gift option in next months email, for the person who has everything but needs to decompress!

Lastly, even though it’s not a favorite holiday of mine, I do feel obligated to say Happy Halloween!
And I am grateful for the big dose of laughter that followed me getting seriously spooked at a haunted house I recently went to (I mean, they like really really got me!)
