Change. No matter how versed we are in change, change will always bring a shift to our nervous system, and supporting this shift never hurts.

So even though change also brings a flurry of new things to do, varying degrees of discombobulation as you shift from one thing to the next, and often a feeling of not having enough time, I very much encourage creating space to self-regulate with some breathwork!

The soothing breathing pattern will nourish your nervous system, helping you find your new rhythm with a little more ease and grace.

Tomorrow night is the monthly online breathwork class, and you can use this recording all throughout the month to support any changes you may be going through.

And very excitedly, this November 4th + 5th, I am holding a Healer Training: Level 1, locally here in North Stamford, CT at the NAAD CENTER. A really beautiful group is already coming together and it would be wonderful to have you join! It’s a wonderful way to deepen your own practice and learn skills to help heal yourself and others.
