Hold Steady…

Eliza KaneComment

Hold Steady.

An approaching spring always brings a flurry of activity and excitement, and soon after the Spring Equinox there is a flurry of cosmic activity involving eclipses and all that fun stuff, plus it’s an election year and let’s be honest, the forces that be are committed to perpetually throwing one thing after another at us…

I’m impressed with what we have all learned to manage. And if you’re feeling a little untethered or unsteady, you are definitely not alone in this.

It’s not easy to hold steady right now. The storms are whipping around us, and the analogy of the great oak tree holds true…

Strong, steady, rooted, with branches that sway and dance in the winds.

As humanity grapples with what’s next, what is real and how do we anchor into the truth of humanity, I would venture to say that the answers we seek are found in our connection to the earth, the connection to our bodies, and the way they synergistically work together.

Our best bet in holding steady through all of this is to honor and nourish those connections. Time in nature, care for our bodies…back to the basics. And there is nothing more basic then your breath

Melodee is a colleague and friend who is an amazing teacher! I’m still building momentum locally before I set a date for my next HT1 training, so this is a great option for those ready to jump into the trainings now. I’ll also be there helping Mel out!
