Just keep swimming, or maybe float.

Just keep swimming, or maybe float…

Phew. The world stage, the astrological shifts, the sparks of spring. Life is shifting and moving big time and it feels as though the entire world is scrambling to keep their heads above water. During these times I drop into my default of just keep swimming.

Yet as I wrote that subject line, it was immediately continued with, or maybe float.

Swimming is my default, I can't help but want to take action. And I'm seeing big time how exhausting this can be when a lot is going on. I'm also seeing more clearly the steady pattern that life always has a way of bringing unexpected opportunities and supporting things in working out.

So my feel is it's a combo of both. Just keep swimming AND don't be afraid to float. Because in truth, my perpetual need to act sometimes comes from not trusting life

When you're tapped out, or maybe before you fully tap yourself out, try taking a break from all the action and see what happens when you give yourself a chance to flip on your back and simply float.

The rapids of spring are strong, so I don't doubt you'll still be heading downstream at a quick pace!

New class announcement below, and Aspen folks, there are some great local breathwork offerings I highly recommend checking out (I put two below).

Both Allison Alexander and Chelsea Bennett are wonderful breathwork teachers that hold powerful space and really great events. I’ll do my best to keep sharing when they have in-person breathwork opportunities, and if you follow them on Instagram or their newsletters you won’t miss out on any of it.

The transition into spring is always a lot, so just keep swimming and floating, we’ll all eventually get wherever we are going!

Lots of love,

Eliza Rose Kane

PS. if you haven’t yet seen the reel I did for the Cornwall Retreat, it captures the essence of what I am about beyond this retreat and it worth checking out =)

Still space to join if you are interested!
