Welcome — take what you need
There's nothing required here. We'll cover all of it together, from the very beginning.
But some people like to arrive already knowing. If that's you, this is where to start — a few short reads on why we breathe this way, audio that walks you through what a session actually feels like, and meditations you can practice with tonight.
Read one thing. Or listen to everything. Or come back to this page in September.
It's all here, and will stay here.

What Happens in a Breathwork Session
Most people's real question isn't why we breathe this way. It's what is going to happen to me.
The video shows you the breathing pattern itself. The audio walks you through a full session, start to finish — so nothing is unfamiliar when we begin.

Practicing on Your Own
All of it is audio. The only real difference is how much guidance you want.
Guided Meditations
My voice throughout — fifteen of them, seventeen minutes to forty-six. If you're new, start with Returning to a Sense of Safety; it has the most instruction woven through.

Music Only
No guidance, just the music, shaped to the arc of a session. These are for once the breath is familiar and you'd rather no one was talking. Even ten minutes will shift your nervous system.

David Elliott
The practice I teach came through David. His guided meditations are free on Spotify and worth your time — hearing this work in another voice tends to deepen it rather than confuse it.
