Managing the velocity to come...
Polarity creates velocity.
The farther you pull a slingshot back, the faster and further the rock shoots forward. I look at polarity as the tension created when you pull a slingshot back, and therefore the greater polarity, the greater the tension, which upon release creates a high velocity of speed.
These past almost 3 years, but really in particular this past year, humanity has been experiencing some pretty intense polarity. And while massively uncomfortable, this polarity is going to skyrocket things forward. The challenge I see however is going to be people's ability to manage the velocity of the movement to come.
Your health, your body, they are going to be one of the most important aspects to managing the high velocity. As is your connection to the Earth, and your ability to slow down and simplify.
It's no coincidence that strength training in its various forms, has circled back in a BIG way, or that hot/cold therapy to create resilience in the body is becoming so mainstream. Everything concerning the body right now, is so important, because it's our bodies that need to be able to manage the voltage of energy.
People who work deep with creative energy already understand this, as the magnitude of that energy can knock you on your ass if you don't know how to manage it.
It reminds me of Bradley Cooper in Limitless, when he opened up to full brain capacity and when he didn't manage the energy properly, he blacked out...
Humanity is opening to what's next. The discord and friction have created a ripe environment for massive creative innovation. It's exciting. In fact, in ways, it's thrilling.
And as someone who has gotten knocked on my ass many times by the voltage of creative energy, (hence my time in the rocky mountains cultivating awareness on the importance of exerted movement), I simply encourage your continued movement, aligning with your body as an ally (you are operating some pretty freaking amazing vessels), and enjoying the great outdoors. It truly is a saving grace! Oh yes, and of course, breathe. Breathwork isn't just for healing, it's incredible at helping you manage the flow of your energy, and regulate your system out when the world seems to be coming at you a bit too fast.
As always, lots of love!!
