Romance. The elixir of life.
Romance is the elixir of life, because not only is it about falling in love with another, it is about falling in love with life itself.
And right now, who doesn’t need a shot of this elixir?
So if you have been feeling like you are moving through sludge, frustrated, discombobulated, disenchanted or if you are feeling fabulous, come join tonight’s breathwork class. It will be fun and rejuvenating. A beautiful reprieve with a nice little dose of romance! Plus, the playlist is definitely one of my favorites, which for me is saying a lot.
