Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful healing tool. It soothes the body, mind and soul. It brings deep relaxation and rejuvenation. It moves you beyond the limits of the mind and creates clarity, vitality and wonder.
In a time of information overload, it is imperative we regularly take time to recenter, regroup and stay clear.
Class Format:
These classes are designed to be a time for you to take a break from external simulation and for you to focus inward, nurturing the relationship with yourself and your guiding inner voice. Therefore, for these classes, you will not be on camera.
Eliza will start with a brief overview of the current pocket of time and insights to help the group navigate the collective energy. We will then dive into a guided breathwork meditation to help further support you.
