Meet Eliza Kane
Founder & Facilitator
My journey into the healing arts began with a fascination for the brilliance of the human body. After earning my degree in Dietetics and spending years as a fitness and wellness expert, I realized that true vitality requires more than just physical health—it requires a deep, rhythmic connection to our internal landscape.
In 2010, I began my training with David Elliott, a pioneer in the breathwork space. This practice became the catalyst for my own healing and a 15-year career dedicated to the power of the breath. From pioneering the first consistent breathwork meditation classes in Venice, CA, to teaching weekly sessions within the Aspen Jail System, I have seen firsthand how the breath can act as a bridge to our intuition and a tool for profound self-regulation.
Weaving the Two Worlds Parallel to my healing work, I have spent over twenty years immersed in family environments—working closely with parents and children to support cohesiveness within the home. This dual path allowed me to notice a vital correlation: the healing space was providing exactly what the modern family was craving.
Family Breathwork is the culmination of these two passions. By blending my background in group dynamics and nervous system regulation with a lifelong love for the family unit, I help parents and children "sync up."
My intention is to help you move beyond the physical structure of your house and begin architecting a home built on a foundation of harmony, safety, and collective evolution.
