We All Need Love.

Hello beautiful people.

Song lyrics are very often a way that I receive guidance around my life. Sometimes it is the song title, or a phrase or even just a word that pops out. The other night during one of the monthly meditation classes, the first song I had chosen was 'We All Need Love"

And as I listened to it, I felt like it sink in more deeply that while yes, everyone needing love is a fundamental truth we all 'know,' in times of conflict and as the world continues to hash out what it means to harmoniously co-exist, it can be easy to forget that at the root of it all, everyone is calling out to be loved; for there to be more love.

No matter what we look like, the labels we chose to identify with, the roles we chose to play, the universal link between us all, is that we all need love.

SO...(I actually didn't plan this) But!

This just so happens to be the month that I am launching Breathwork for Romance.
