This membership is designed to support you in diving deeper into a breathwork practice in order to more fully receive the benefits.
Each month 3 time variations are sent directly to you, the different time lengths making it easier for you to fit meditation into your schedule.
Whether you only have a short segment of time to squeeze in a meditation or you are in need of a little longer and deeper relaxation, these
meditations provide the options. Plus each month, the new playlists give you variety to help keep you engaged.
Recommended for people who are already familiar with breathwork or have taken one of my classes or worked with me privately; as guidance is minimal in order for you to drop in more fully.
Membership includes:
+ each month receive 3 new meditations (15 min + 30 min + 40 min) — sent to you on the first of the month or upon sign-up
+ new playlists each month that introduce you to new music and remind you of some classics
+ binaural beats woven into the playlists to create an extra soothing experience
(the recordings are available to stream until the 30th of the following month, so after your first month you end up with 6 meditations to choose from each month!)

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
The breathwork is one of the most loving and healing tools I know. It soothes the body, mind and soul, it brings deep relaxation and rejuvenation. It brings clarity, vitality and wonder.
With that being said, if you are sitting on some intense trauma, it also holds the potential to surface this trauma. In which case, one on one work is advised. Depending on the situation, various specialized training very well might be needed, and therefore it is your responsibility to seek out the necessary support and people with the specific training you need. I am happy to support you with finding that help.
Honoring where you are at is a key part of the whole healing process. Knowing you are in control is also key. If you feel the breathwork is taking you further then you are ready to go, it is your responsibility to stop. Because at the end of the day, YOU are in charge of your healing.
